Step 1. Download and install the BD/DVD Backup Tool on your PC.

Step 2. Launch Pavtube BDMagic, and load your Blu-ray or DVD movie from disc drive to the app. Note you need to have an external Blu-ray drive if you want to rip Blu-rays. Keep Internet connected during importing.



Step 3. For playing Blu-ray and DVD on HDTV, I recommend MKV format, so that you can backup them on media streamer and watch the converted video on HDTV

Click "Format" and choose "Common Video > MKV(Matroska) Video (*.mkv)" as below:



Step 4. Click "Convert" in the main interface to start the conversion (batch conversion supported). After conversion, click "Open" which is below the "Settings" to find the converted video.

Now transfer the ripped MKV media file to your media streamer, and connected to your HDTV, just enjoy your Blu-ray/DVD movies on HDTV!
